Booking Agreement & Cancellation Policy When you schedule an appointment with us, that time is reserved exclusively for you. When an appointment is forgotten or canceled without sufficient notice, our nail technicians lose income, and clients on our waitlist miss the opportunity to receive services. To protect our staff's dedicated time and sustain our business operations, all bookings are subject to the following terms: 48-Hour Courtesy Reminders: As a courtesy, automated reminders are sent via text/email 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. However, managing your appointment time remains your sole responsibility. Late Cancellations (Under 24 Hours): Cancellations, late reschedules, or modifications made with less than 24 hours' notice prior to your scheduled start time will result in an immediate charge equal to 100% of the total reserved service price. No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in an immediate charge equal to 100% of the total reserved service price. Card on File & Authorization: A valid credit card is required to hold all appointments. By providing your payment details, you explicitly authorize us to charge this card for any applicable cancellation or no-show fees in accordance with this policy. Strict Application (Regardless of Reason): Our policy applies strictly and uniformly to all cancellations under 24 hours and no-shows, regardless of the reason (including, but not limited to, sudden illness, travel delays, weather, work conflicts, or personal emergencies). Liquidated Damages: You acknowledge and agree that cancellation fees are not a penalty, but liquidated damages intended to compensate the salon and technician for lost time, unrecoverable schedule slots, and administrative expense. All cancellation and no-show fees are strictly non-refundable and final. Client Acknowledgment: By completing your booking and providing your credit card, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Cancellation and No-Show Policy.
